Gender and Diversity Consulting International is a new company established in 2010 to respond to the increasing need for the integration of gender and cultural competence into the policies and practices of both public and private institutions world wide. The Director, Dr Ann-Maree Nobelius and the Consultants have extensive experience in research, education and training, policy development and institutional cultural change management, particularly related to gender and cultural competence.
Mission Statement
Gender and Diversity Consulting International provides consulting services to educational, private and public institutions related to research, training, educational materials and support for the integration of gender and cultural competence into the policies and practices of those institutions. By managing deep and lasting cultural change within these institutions Gender and Diversity Consulting International seeks to instil an understanding of the value of diversity, both to maximise the potential that a diverse workforce offers and to improve the relationships and outputs for a diverse client base.
